Chrome OS installed with Parallels Desktop 5 on a late 2008 MacBook 4,1, Intel Core 2 Duo, 4GB Memory and 2,4GHz. From: getchrome.eu
Today I decided to be adventurous and play with the new Beta of Google’s Chrome/Chromium OS. Setting it up is pretty easy to do, but I can only help if you have a Mac! Read on for setup on a Mac. 1 – Install VMware Fusion 2 – Setup a new Virtual Machine using the downloaded Operating System file from gdgt.com 3 – Set your Virtual Machine Networking Options to Bridged Mode 4 – Login with your Google/GMail login (the Google.com login it asks for once logged into the OS won’t work at all, sorry!) A quick demo of the EEE PC 900 Multi touch function in action on a variety of commonly used programs with a running commentary. It's similar to how the Macbook Air and the iphone work. I've made a comparison with the iphone to show the differences between the implementations. This function is already built into the EEE PC so doesn't require any additional software or set up in software. If you already have a system and were not aware of this function, you may want to try this out on your own program by following the instructions in this video. Thanks for watching. My Complete High Definition Unboxing and Review of HP’s latest top of the line Notebook, the ENVY 15! It’s the first PC I’ve seen that really equals the MacBook Pro’s unibody design and it packs a scorching-fast Intel Core i7 processor, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4850 graphics and Beats speakers. On paper, this is easily the hottest laptop I’ve seen in some time, but has HP really managed to deliver on that promise? I’ve spent a solid week with this 00 monster, so watch to see if it lives up …
HP Malaysia has made the HP Pavillion dv2 series available in Malaysia. A wild guess, but one look at the HP Pavillion dv2, and you will know it is design to take on the newcomer from Dell, the Dell Adamo.

Quite a good looking contender

Not as stunning as Dell Adamo
According to sources, HP Pavillion dv2 is designed and developed to compete in the ultra thin notebook segments, the same category as Apple’s MacBook Air and Dell’s Adamo.
HP Pavillion dv2 will be the first to feature AMD Neo Platform which is expected to offer lots of features in a small chassis without costing you a lot.
HP Pavilion dv2 offers a 12.1-inch display, which is well above the 10-inch mark of a netbook, and it comes pre-loaded with 4GB of RAM, 320GB of storage, ATI Radeon HD 3410 graphics, but still weighs only 3.8 pounds and 0.93-inches thin.
The HP Pavillion dv2 is available in Malaysia from RM2,399. Be advised though that the price doesn’t include DVD-RW. You can get the HP Pavillion dv2 from any authorized HP reseller in Malaysia.
