I’m wanting to start making digital art, and I figured I may as well kill two birds with one stone and get a tablet pc (Because, I need to get a laptop for school anyway). Is it a good trade off though? Is the quality of the end product better, worse, or about the same that you would get in a digital art tablet you would hook up to a desktop pc?

My laptop broke, and I want to know which laptops are good. I really, really think a tablet would be cool, and I was leaning towards the HP tablet. But everyone says the sony viao is really good and now i can’t choose. Please give your opinion! Btw, its for school and entertainment purposes.
My old laptop that broke was an IBM, and i just dont think it was that good to get another IBM.

I returned my Hp mini because it broke, so they gave me a new one. When I try to set it up, it says to me “The system is not fully installed. Please run setup agian”. The laptop dosent have a Disk player. So how do I get it to work, it’s a HP Mini.
Edit: Got it @ Best Buy, 300$ for the system, & 50-130$ for the insurance.
