We at Geek Teks are very proud NOT to be associated with the Geek Squad or any of the other companies mentioned in this video. We are very different. Read on to find out why some or our policies help maintain accountability within our company and keep us a very honest business.
You see, unlike the Geeksquad and other well-known computer repair service centers, not only do you not pay UNLESS we fix it, but also, you do not pay UNTIL we fix it. We do not charge your account UNTIL after we have obtained your signature on our invoice indicating your complete %100 satisfaction with both our service and charges as they appear on the invoice. By implementing these policies into the framework of our SOP, we are able to build trust in our business and renew consumer confidence.
Also, all of our teks are highly experienced and therefore skilled. Our teks usually have at least three certifications: A+, Net+, and Sec+. Although we don’t feel the certifications are really the most important qualification of a good tek, we understand they are important in the eyes of most consumers. Finally, our teks undergo a complete and thorough background check.
Our company takes pride in becoming as transparent as possible to the consumer. Why? Because we have absolutely nothing to hide. See, when your an honest company, you can implement honest policies such as ours without fear of consumer fraud. We trust our customers and we know that our customers trust us. And that is just the way a good honest business in North America should run.

Recently, Dell introduced a new line of laptops aimed at the lower end consumer market. It’s cheaper than most current Dell laptops, but still boasts some great features.
To start with, it is extremely light. It weighs in at about 2.3lbs. For a Dell, that is a new high. It will fit in your bag, suitcase or almost anywhere while not weighing you down.
I can’t really comment on its size, as it’s a Mini, so it’s made to be small and isnt a first of it’s kind. Still, it is really small.
Other features:
Built in webcam
Wireless Internet connectivity
Obviously made as a personal laptop, one to take to a cafe or to school, it is just that. I wouldn’t even consider buying this to use often. An outdated OS (Windows XP Service Pack 3), 1.66Ghz Processor, 16GB of RAM make the new Inspiron Mini 9 a great starter laptop, or one you could share with a child, but by todays technological standards, it just doesn’t keep up.
Take care,
-Tom-
