This video will show you howtomakeyour own all-in-onedesktopPC using a Rock Band Drum Set and some Heavy Duty Velcro. Oh and those people who think this is stupid, it was never meant to be practical… Just a fun little thing I did.
PC Details: DellInspiron E1505 laptop WindowsVista: Home Edition (SP1) Note: I have Virtual PC which allows me to run multiple OS’s at one time. (Vista Business & XP & Linux) However, I use Vista: Home Edition as my main OS.
1GB memory (Will upgrade later) 74GB hard drive (I have an external HDD) Intel Core Duo CPU T2250 @ 1.73 GHz Each ATI X1400 Mobility Radeon Graphics Card
The good: More configurable than other Netbooks; good battery life; XPand Linux OS options.
The bad: Some awkward keyboard compromises; no SSD options larger than 16GB.
The bottom line: Dell’s entry into the Netbook market means its time to take these low-cost, low-power PCs seriously. The InspironMini 9 is an excellent example of the form, if not radically different from the competition.
