eee pc 1000H is still better, its got rediculous battery and a can have a bigger hard drive

well Vista is slow but good and XP is fast but not as good as Vista but you can get XP on it or Linux i have a new HP laptop i got XP on it but it where Vista on it when i got it

vista and a via processor…what junk. spinning hdd and now you have crap. Asus eee pc kills this mini with xp sp3 which is twice as fast as the Vista Os and an sdd drive (8 times the shock resistance)and lighting read and write speeds.

dude, the market price here in Indonesia is around $650 even in Europe it is about $499 in overall…zzz hei, ur talking a lot of negative comments, do you have some grudge on HP?
and yeah itz not a misinformation…and eee900 it not what you say as cheap laptop compared to eee701…no offense but I’m eeepc user also.

omg…
1. eee900 casts the same 600$.
2. higher resolution means more info on screen. if you want, you can make a lager font etc…
just use your brain, man.

well this report is self-contradictional: comparing with Eee and quoting that “hp mini is more then sufficient to run Web and text-s as it primary functions” ?
Then why we should buy it when Eee can run it very much sufficiently as well and costs 2 or 3 times less?
And for reporters kind note and for improving of his knowledge data base: pls don’t blow pixels to much ‘high up’ on 9 inch screens otherwise it will be VERY, VERY hard to read anything on it. It will all get VERY, VERY SMALLLLLLLL!
