Come on. What’s the point of listing the specs and leave out the 2nd most important component, which is the GPU? The graphic chip is what determines smooth playback of 1080P video. If you’re unlucky and bought, say, the Intel version of the Presario series priced around RM2000, chances are you got the G45 chipset, which doesn’t play 1080P smoothly at all.
That being said, this CQ40-115AU comes with ATI HD3200. Next time please take note of the GPU.

Purchased a CQ40, barely 6 mths ago. Bugged w/problem esp the monitor. I won’t use another HP or Compaq product, even if you give me FREE.
