Hmm, odd, as BenQ told us it was only a single screw, but I think you might be right…

I think there’s two screws to get the hdd out. There’s another one under the warranty sticker. Also, the the led next to the touchpad is to see if the touchpad is on or off.

I doubt it’ as it’s only a small part of the hard drive and it doesn’t actually touch the battery.

The heat from the hdd will spread over to the battery which will limit the battery’s lifetime
other than that pretty good feature.
